My client is a Legal 100 law firm that is seeking an employment solicitor or chartered legal executive at Associate level to join its highly ranked team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including corporate employers, senior executives, professional sports players/managers and trade unions.
Role Overview
- Mix of contentious and non-contentious employment law
- Supporting clients on high-value disputes, general advisory and corporate support work
- Complex Cases: technically and strategically complex claims, frequently representing high-profile clients
- Regulatory Matters: Opportunity to work on sports employment regulatory cases, building expertise in a niche area

What Experience is Required?
- Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE
- Employment tribunal expertise
- Advisory expertise,such as disciplinary actions, grievances, redundancies and discrimination
- Proficient in preparing contracts of employment, policies, handbooks and settlement agreements
- Knowledge of employment-related data protection is advantageous
- Experience in corporate support work is beneficial, though guidance will be provided
